Bell Choker

Hey guys,
I had been brain storming about this for a couple of days and i FINALLY decided to do it! (Even though i am on vacation).
During the trip I plan on having a 'Neon Night' where i wear this glow in the dark shirt that i made, my favorite neon socks, and a cat collar (don't ask me where the cat collar comes in xD). I went and got a cat collar and some silver bells only to find out that the collar didn't fit, it was off by like a centimeter. So instead i put the cat collar on Vexi and i put one of the silver bells on a hair tie and wore that for about a day or so. Bu today, i spotted a Jo-Ann fabric and craft store and went in with my dad to find the stuff that i had been brain storming about. And despite my really crappy morning, After making this my whole day just went uphill! Everything was awesome after i made this choker. I want to make a matching bracelet or anklet for it but in the mean time, for the Choker specifics:

Materials Used:
-Velvet ribbon about a centimeter thick
-Ribbon clamps, to put the clasps on
-1 Real cat bell
-A large silver ring
-A bunch of small silver rings
-A small chain (i got it through a different clasp)
-A needle and thread

This little necklace took about 15 minutes. I didnt need to used any tools except my hands and a small pocket knife that i used as scissors and something like a clamp.
